The GMAR auto electrostatic powder painting line imported from Switzerland, it composed of six auto spray guns and one manpower spray gun. The manpower spray gun is used to complement to guarantee the coating to be satiation, smoothness, no chromatism, and so on. Coating thickness is 60-80μm.

The whole treatment process adopts hanging chain to transport, make pretreatment, powder painting, baking process automatically, ensure the whole process is in the condition of lutation, decrease impurity in the air toaffect the surface

Roll Forming Line

Punching lines and 6 Roll forming lines:Put belt into the punching line and roll forming line, punching, leveling, rolling, after that cutting automatically according to the requirement. It adopts technique and standard of German to design and manufacture. The entire system adopts control technique of laser detecting and feeding back online. Type M55, M90, M120, M150 upright post can be manufactured by this product line. The material nondeflecting by punching first, then cold-rolling.

8 Roll forming lines of beams:Type H80, H90, H100, H120, H140 beams can be manufactured by this product line, two "C" type beams pressed together to ensure that the thickness of upper and bottom of the beam doubled. This structure has characteristic of large inertia moment, large bending resistance cross-section modulus, and large load capacity.

3 Rolling forming lines of bracings:It used corresponding to the upright post. Accomplish roll-forming, automatic punching and cutting on roll forming line, pitch-row accuracy will be ensured.
